VK Evaporative Air Cooler

In the VK closed circuit evaporative air cooler water flows through a coil system and represents the primary circuit. The recirculated water for wetting the coil system evaporates and forms the so-called secondary circuit. These units are employed where clean water is used as cooling water.

Requirements:

greater demands on the quality of the cooling water
water-sided maintenance/cleaning is limited to cooling tower part
antifreeze, brine or temperature above 70°C present in the cooling water

Areas of use:

in the open
on top floors
in high rooms

hardly any corrosion in the cooling water circuit
if necessary, the secondary circuit can be switched off during the cooler periods of the year (operation by air cooling only)
fog can be avoided by fin attachment

enclosed area is not necessary
